on friday, january 8 mostly other people do the killing will be celebrating the release of their fourth album on hot cup records, "FORTY FORT."  we will be performing at zebulon in brooklyn at 9 PM, so come on out for a great night of music.  there's no cover and the club is on wythe in williamsburg.  see you there!

Bryan and The Haggards Sunday

On sunday, december 20, Bryan Murray and the Haggards will be performing at the Cake Shop.  The set starts at 10 PM, the cover is $8, and there are a bunch of other great bands performing.  the club is at 152 Ludlow in the L.E.S.

Sunday @ The Stone

on sunday, december 13, Charles Evans and Neil Shah will be playing a cd release show at the stone to celebrate their new album, "Live at St. Stephens" on Hot Cup Records.  Their duo set will be followed by a set by drummer, Kevin Shea.  The stone is at the corner of Ave. C and 2nd St. near Houston and the sets are at 8 and 10 PM.  $10 cover.

on tuesday, decmeber 8, Jon and Moppa will be joined by Barry Altschul for a trio set at the stone!  they will be performing one set of original music at 8 PM.  the cover charge is $10 and the stone is located at the corner of Ave. C and 2nd St. in the east village, near Houston.  See you there!!!

Big V Chord CD Release!!!!!

on monday, december 7 Big V Chord will be performing at Zebulon to celebrate the release of "Jon Lundbom and Big V Chord Accomplish Jazz" on Hot Cup Records.  there is an opening set by michael bates and outside sources at 8:30 followed by Big V Chord.  Zebulon is located on Wythe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.  No cover!

following the arrival of president obama, i'll be playing with MOPDtK at cake shop on wednesday, jan 21 and then at cafe vivaldi on friday with john white's band featuring rohin from alice. cake shop in in the LES and vivaldi is near cornelia st off bleeker in the village. see you there!
